Peterbilt fuse box location

Fuses was blown so put a new one it and they worked a time or two and then stopped. Checked fuse and it was good. They work randomly. I will try to replace the flasher relay. Any idea where it is located on this year/model truck. I pulled the dash off and didn't look like anything was behind it. Wondering if it is in the fuse box?
